YOUR VISIT

On arrival at our Day Spa, you will be greeted by one of our

complete a consultation card, (which your Therapist will discusswith you prior to your chosen treatment.). When on a Spa

day, once youve slipped into your slippers and gown, your spa

journey can beginso let go and allow us to look after you!

APPOINTMENTS please arrive15mins prior to your

appointment time, for your consultation and the chance

to unwind a little before your treatment begins! If you are

running late, we hope youll understand that this may result in a

shortened treatment time.

CANCELLATIONS card details will be taken to secure a

booking any cancellations made within 24hrs of a treatment, or

within 72hrs of a treatment package, will be charged at full cost.

We will, however always endeavour to re-arrange appointments

wherever possible.

HEALTH When booking a treatment, please make us aware

of any health issues that may require a doctors note. In case ofpregnancy please consult your doctor prior to treatment.

AGE You must be aged 16 or over to experience any of our

body treatments, however treatments can be especially tailor-

made for Princess Sparties from 11 years old when accompanied

by parents.

DOMESTICS We operate a no-smoking policy within the

Day Spa and surrounding outside area. We also ask all our clientsto have their mobiles switched to silent during treatments.

TEMPLE SPA PRODUCTS Products are available for sale

in our retail area and your Therapist will help you choose the

right aftercare products to ensure you maintain the results you

have experienced.

WHEN LEAVING OUR PREMISES PLEASE DO NOT

TURN LEFT! Turn right at the exit, towards the security lodge.

Drive closer to the white line and wait until the light turns

green before crossing the barrier. Turn left after the next barrier

and follow the signs to the exit. Turn left again and at the next
