    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That, I/We , _______________________________________________ , of legal age,Filipino citizen(s) with residence at

    , have named, constituted andappointed, and by these presents do name, constitute and appoint -

    _______________________________,of legal age, Filipino citizen with residence at_____________________________________________ , to be my/our true lawful attorney-in-

    fact, for me/us and in my/our name, place and stead, and for my/our own use and benefit, to doand perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely:

    1. To acquire or purchase and/or represent and bind me as a buyer of that parcel/s of land

    and/or real property/ies, including any and all improvements thereon, which property/ies aremore particularly described in the transfer certificate of title/s hereto attached as Annex A and

    made integral part hereof, under such terms and conditions acceptable to my Attorney In Factand to sign, execute, acknowledge, deliver and receive the Deed of Conditional Sale, Deed of

    Absolute Sale, new titles and such any and all documents, papers, deeds, including the authorityto pay all taxes or fees and to perform any and all acts and deeds for my benefit, necessary to

    transfer ownership and issuance of new title/s covering said properties in my name;

    2. To apply for, borrow or secure a housing loan or any loan or credit accommodationfrom the Maybank Phil..Inc. (Bank) to finance the acquisition of the property/ies mentioned in

    No. 1 above, in such sums as he/she /they shall think fit or advisable, the principal of all

    of which shall not exceed the amount of PESOS:___________________________________________ (P___________________________)Philippine Currency, plus any interest that may agreed upon with the said Bank, and which

    subject to the usual conditions of the said Bank in loans or credit accommodation of the samekind and to such further terms and conditions as may, upon granting the said loan, be imposed by

    the said Bank, in which there may be included the appointment of the Bank-Mortgagee asattorney-in-fact of the Mortgagor and, without any further formality, in case of any violation of

    any of the terms and conditions of the mortgage contract, to take physical possession of themortgaged property or any part thereof and collect the price or rent thereof, to execute deeds,

    contracts or agreements, necessary thereto, make repairs and improvements thereon, and thepayment of any money so spent by the mortgagee for these purpose and for taxes and insurance

    premium shall be guaranteed also by the mortgage contract; to apply any fund received from thesale and lease as above mentioned to the payment of the expenses for repairs and improvements,

    taxes or other obligations incurred by the Mortgagee in connection with the mortgagedproperty or to the payment of the principal and interest of the debts or obligations of the

    Mortgagor.

    3. For all or any purposes of these presents or for the purpose of securing the payment ofthe housing loan stated in No.2 above or any loan indebtedness or other obligation which my/our

    attorney-in-fact may obtain or contract personally with the said Bank, its renewal or extension ofpayment of the whole or any part thereof, the said attorney-in-fact is hereby authorized and

    empowered to transfer and convey by way of first mortgage in favor of Maybank, the

    property/ies mentioned in No. 1 above and to secure such additional co-signers as maybenecessary or to execute any and all documents that may be required by the said Bank inconnection with this housing loan or other loan or credit accommodation

    4. It is understood that this Special Power of Attorney is good not only for the original

    loan but also for subsequent housing, commercial, industrial, agricultural loans or creditaccommodation that the attorney-in-fact may obtain and until this Power of Attorney is revoked

    in writing copy of which is officially furnished to the Bank.

    5. To make, sign, execute and deliver any loan/credit agreement , contract of mortgage,letter offer, affidavits or any other documents of whatever nature or kind, including the signing,

    endorsement, encashment, negotiation, and execution of promissory note or notes, checks,

    money orders, or other negotiable instrument, which may be necessary or proper in connectionwith or in payment of the housing loan or any loan or credit accommodation herein mentioned,as well as the negotiation and signing for renewal or extension of payment of the whole or any

    part thereof.

    6. To negotiate for additional loan with above property/ies and to sign the pertinentmortgage contract relative to the said additional loan or credit accommodation and all such

    documents as may be required by the Maybank and to receive the money value of the loan orcredit accommodation and/or sign, endorse and encash the check or checks in the name of the

    herein principal/s as payee for application to the payment of the loan involved in such sum orsums as may be allowed by the Bank.

    6. To represent and bind me/us as surety in connection with the aforestated loan or credit

    accommodation or any other type or forms of bank accommodations applied for and granted bythe Maybank and as such surety shall be jointly and solidarily liable with the principal debtor and

    /or obligors whether the latter is natural or juridical person.

    7. To represent, bind and obligate me/us as co-debtor for the subject loan or any othertypes or forms of bank accommodations applied for and granted by the Maybank and as such co-

    debtor shall be jointly and solidarily liable with the other debtor of the said accounts.

    8. My Attorney-in-fact is hereby expressly authorized and empowered to delegate to

    any person, who may exercise in his/their stead, any or all the powers and authority hereingranted to him/them or substitute any person to his/their place to do and perform for me/us thesaid powers and authority.

    GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our attorney-in-fact full power and authority to

    do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and aboutthe premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I/We might or could do if personally present

    hereby ratifying and confirming all previous transaction of all kinds with this Bank and all thatmy/our said attorney, his delegates or substitutes, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue

    of these presents.
