Fountain Gate Spa provides lockers for your belongings. However, we recommend that you leave your jewelry and valuables at home. Fountain Gate Spa assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

For spa treatments, please shave your areas to be treated 6-10 hours in advance. For tanning please allow 4 hours.

Our spa welcomes groups, wedding, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. If you’re interested in booking a group package, we can help you coordinate details. Spa guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

* We welcome you to discuss your likes and dislikes with your therapist during your treatment. This will ensure satisfaction and customize your services to fi t your individual needs.

* If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and 48 hours notice for packages, groups and treatments requiring more than 2 hours. Cancellations with less than the required notice will be charged 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 100%. We appreciate your understanding as our therapists make their living by reserving time just for you.
