SPANISH FOLK GAME:
“LOS SEISES”“THE SIX” GAME
- “Los Seises” (“The Six” Game) is a card game which is played using a Spanish deck of forty cards:
- The Spanish deck of cards has got 4 suits:
“Oros” “Bastos” “Espadas” “Copas”
- This game is ideally played in groups of four or five players.
- The objective of the game is to be the first player to discard. In other words, be the first to run out of cards.

- INSTRUCTIONS:
- To play “The Six” Game, all the cards are dealt.
- The player who has the six of “oros” will start: he/she will place it face up on the table.
- Then, the player who is on his/her left will continue playing. This player should place, next to the six of “oros”, the seven or five of “oros”; or place another six (face up on the table).
- Players must complete all the suits, always starting from the six of each suit, by placing the cards up and down.
- When a player cannot place any card, he/she passes turn and the next player will play.
