― tennis camp for tournament: contents
The “Tennis Camp” is the perfect finishing for the annualprogramming of training for an advanced level player because, for 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, students can develop the technical andtactical skills they have acquired during the year in realcompetition situations.
The central point of the programming of the “TournamentTennis Camp / Summer 2009“ will be the combination oftraining sessions, specially aimed at competition situations, with training support in national tournaments of all categories. In this sense, the great variety of competitions in the summer
calendar of the Alicante Province offers the participantstudents the possibility to play an official tournament everyweek of the tennis camp.
Finally, the aforementioned central point completes with aseries of theory lessons, alternative sports, and parallelactivities integrating and perfecting the “stage” mainobjectives.
Tennis camp focused on a high frequency of training sessions -5days per week, 3 hours 30 minutes per day-, with the main
goal of establishing the acquired technical skills and ofdeveloping new ones. All this is carried out by means of amethodology that has been awarded the prize for ‘the besttennis school in Spain’ twice by the Registro Profesional deTenis.
Participation in tournaments: If the students want to, they can take part in tournaments organised by some clubs of theprovince (Elche, Villajoyosa…) and/or they can also do it in theclub itself that may organise 2 or 3 tournaments per month. The trainer accompanies the students, if this option is chosen,
and the trip is included. The enrolment/registration in thetournament is not included: approx. € 20 per tournament.

Students will have a single room or a twinroom for friends or for two students fromthe same family coming together. As thereare a few number of twin rooms, studentswho want to be in the same bedroom, haveto make the reservation well in advance.
The residence provides the bed linen andtowels, but they must bring their owntowels for the beach. Students will havelaundry once or twice a week and theyshould keep their room clean and tidy, andshare the housework with the rest of thefamily.
As in any other residence there are somenorms the students have to respect. At the
