Each spa treatment includes a consultation and an AVEDA Sensory Journey to discover your Elemental Nature. Your chosen aroma will help restore your mind and body to create balance

within. A personalised treatment plan and self-care rituals will then be designed to suit your individual needs.

Guests are welcome to use Bayside Fitness & Spa facilities for the entire day with treatments exceeding 60 minutes. Facilities include; indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room,

gym and tennis court. Bathrobes, lockers and pool towels are available upon request for your convenience.

Making a BookingWe recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist for your spa experience. Valid credit card or Gift Voucher numbers are required to secure

We request you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to check in, enjoy a cup of Aveda Comforting Tea, complete your health questionnaire and relax before your

spa treatment. Please respect the quiet and privacy needs of other guests by turning off your mobile phone and making child care arrangements for appointments.
