6: Logistics on the day
• Please let me know if you WILL NOT be arriving by the 9.15 start time
• The Venue – parking / auditorium / rooms
• A member of staff at the check in desk all day
• Spaces reserved for speakers at the frount of the auditorium
• If Presenting a workshop or keynote, please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before your start time for AV set up
• AV / technical staff from the venue will be available all day
6: Logistics on the day
• Please send me your presentations no later than the 5th Feb 2012 so I can ensure everything is set up and ready to go.
• Please bring a copy on a memory stick with you just incase!
• I am happy to share presentations electroonically after the event.
• If you want to give out handouts, please contact me at least 2 weeks before the conference to allow for printing etc
• Please let me know your parking/ transport/ dietary requirements asap.
