Happy New Year and welcome back to training, it's great to see every-one back training hard. We look forward to another fantastic year, with more tournaments, school holiday programs, social events and students achieving their individual goals.

Please see reception to book or send an email with your child’s and their buddies name. All buddies need to be signed in by an adult otherwise they will not

be able to join in.

Numbers are limited, however if there are places available you may be able to bring another friend. As long as you are in the age group you are welcome to come along to any of the programs. The kids will love it! Classes are 1 hour, ex-cept for Ninjas which is 30mins.

Bookings essential by Saturday the 21st January .

If you are due to grade to your next level Grading Slips will be given out in your regular class.

Please insure you get to all your classes.
