CHECK LIST COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM-The Vessel air systems shall be serviced by five (5) screw type compressors discharging through the refrigerated air dryer to the two (2) engine room starting air receivers, and the service air receivers located on the drill floor and in the mud pump room. A dedicated piping must be constructed to supply air from two (2) air compressors at 3000 SCFM to the burners.- The compressed air system shall furnish air for engine starting and drilling services, including air tuggers, SSTV reels, tensioner and compensator controls, BOP controls, drawworks, drillers console, Top Drive, Mux reels, burners and other equipment and service outlets throughout the vessel.- Air for the bulk handling system shall be provided by the bulk air compressor dryer with stand-by air provided by the Vessel air system through a (BFE) reducing valve.

- Compressor discharge lines shall be made with flexible hose.

-Service outlets shall each be fitted with a ball valve or equal. All rotating air machinery (tuggers etc.) shall be fitted with quick acting ball valves and lubricators.

-Motor driven compressors shall be equipped with the necessary control lines, unloaders, etc., to provide for automatic pressure switch operation.

-Control air shall be provided through a filter regulator to each system containing pneumatic valves.

-The cold start diesel compressor shall be connected directly to the starting air receivers.

- Air from the bulk air receiver shall be connected to P tanks located in the columns. Each tank shall be provided with fill, vent, compressed air, and discharge connection. The cement discharge shall be piped to the cement surge tank and batch mixer located in the cement unit area and sack storage room. A dedicated bulk air compressor shall be provided.

-The remote valve control panels shall be wired to solenoid panels located at the P-tanks, which in turn shall be connected to the utility air systems and piped to the valve operators at the tanks.

-Purge air piping and utility air piping to the valve solenoid panels and air tubing from the solenoid panels to the pneumatic valve operators shall be furnished and installed by the Builder in bulk system piping.

- The logging unit area shall be supplied with compressed air.- The mud logging unit area shall be supplied with compressed air.

- The MWD control cabin area shall have compressed air.-The builder shall provide compressed air outlet with 125 psi in Mudlab;- Builder shall provide air compressed outlet at the main deck riser storage rea- The auxiliary machinery functions shall enable start/stop of air compressor control.

- Two (2) each starting air compressors, electrical driven, for main generator sets and two (2) air tanks and piping shall be provided.- The air hoists area shall be supplied with compressed air described in Section 19, for installation on the drill floor, main deck, ends of pipe dragways, pipe racks and elsewhere as indicated on the compressed air diagram.- The air compressor skid units shall be installed in the tensioner compressor/APV room and shall discharge to the accumulator bottles. Notes:
