What is THE EXCHANGE® Network? THE EXCHANGE® is a network of banks and credit unions that have agreed to never charge each other’s cardholders any access fees. When you use one of the over 3,300 participating fi nancial institution’s Exchange® ABMs, you will not be charged any additional fees to access your money.

How can I fi nd an EXCHANGE® Network ABM in Canada? There’s an EXCHANGE® Network ABM closer than you think! There are three ways to locate THE EXCHANGE® Network ABM nearest to you;

1. Find an ABM Online.

Visit meridiancu.ca and click on ‘Find Us’, then ‘ABM Locations’;

You can search for the closest ABM by institution, city or postal code.

2. Find us through Meridian’s mobile banking app.

Search for ‘Meridian Mobile Banking’ in Google Play or Apple App Store and download the app.

Once downloaded, open the app and click on ‘Find Us’.

3. Find an ABM using GPS.

Visit meridiancu.ca and click on ‘Find Us’, then 'ABM Locations', then go to;

Download the GPS fi le. Files are available for Garmin, TomTom and other GPS systems.

Travelling to the United States? While in the U.S., look for the ACCEL logo on over 425,000 ABMs whenever and wherever you are. As a Canadian EXCHANGE® cardholder, you can withdraw money from any ABM displaying the ACCEL logo. Due to system access regulations in the U.S., ACCEL ABMs may or may not be surcharge-free for Meridian Members.

With ACCEL, you also have access to one of the largest point of sale networks in the U.S. offering more than 3 million merchant locations. Debit purchases using the ACCEL network work the same way they do in Canada; by swiping or inserting your debit card and verifying the transaction with your confi dential PIN. As an added value, a cash back option is also available at the majority of merchants.
