WARRANTY INFORMATION

Some warranty requirements include:AquaBplus, including Ring and AquaC UNO H, RO only.

• 5 years on system parts, 6 months on membranes, and one year on labor—all from RO installation date.

• Customers are required to follow all manufacturer requirements on maintaining the complete water system (ROs, Ring, and Pre-Treatment systems). Any failure will void the warranty. If void, any services or parts supplied to customer under warranty post-failure will be invoiced.

• Customers must receive certification on maintaining and operating the RO system by Fresenius Renal Technologies.

• Only AquaBplus using Advanced Pre-Treatment (M500 and PTM available via Isopure and SWT only) will be covered by this warranty. Advanced Pre-Treatment not required for AquaC UNO H.

• If city feed water quality falls outside of the original (at time of design) tested results and damage occurs to the system, Fresenius Renal Technologies will have right to void the warranty.

Indications for Use: The AquaBplus Water Purification Systems are reverse osmosis units intended for use with hemodialysis systems to remove organic and inorganic substances and microbial contaminants from the water used for treating hemodialysis patients or other related therapies. These devices are intended to be a component in a complete water purification system and are not complete water treatment systems. Each reverse osmosis unit must be preceded by pretreatment devices, and may need to be followed by post-treatment devices as well, to meet current AAMI/ANSI/ISO and federal (US) standards.

The AquaC UNO H Portable Water Purification System is a reverse osmosis unit intended for use with hemodialysis systems to remove organic and inorganic substances and microbial contaminants from the water used for treating hemodialysis patients or related therapies.

The AquaC UNO H can be connected to hemodialysis equipment used in hospitals, clinics, and home environments. This device is intended to be a component in a complete water purification system and is not a complete water treatment system. The reverse osmosis unit must be preceded by pre-treatment devices and may need to be followed by posttreatment devices as well to meet current AAMI/ANSI and FDA-recognized US standards.
