Learning to swim is a great way to increase confidence, have fun and learn an important skill for life. Being in water can help disabled children and young people move freely and enjoy this sporting activity building confidence to swim and enjoy a range of water based activities.
Swimming lessons for disabled children and young people take place at both ends of the borough at Dunes Splash World, Southport and Bootle Leisure
Centre, Bootle with accessible changing facilities available on site as well as additional facilities including:
