Il retro del materiale presenta una marcatura a casellario di bassa profondità per favorire laperfetta adesione del prodotto su piano di posa sia orizzontale, sia verticale, i bordi e gli spigoli della superficie sono rettilinei. Il materiale è completamentevetrificato, ha assorbimento d’acqua inferiore a 0,5% e deve essere classificato nel gruppo BIa secondo la norma ISO 13006. Il materiale deve risponderea tutti i requisiti di prodotto previsti dalla norma ISO 10545. The material must be absolutely inert and shall contain no harmful, radioactive raw materials or heavy metals such as cadmium or lead. Therefore, it isa product in compliance with the bioarchitectural techniques. The back of the material must show a shallow box pattern on the back of the tile to facilitateits perfect adhesion to the application surface, the edges and the corners are straight. This completely vitrified material features a water absorption valueof less than 0,5% and must be classified in the BIa group in compliance with the ISO 13006 standard. It must meet all the product requirements set forthin the ISO 10545 standard. Specifically, it must be resistant to frost (ISO 10545/12), thermal shock (ISO 10545/9) and aggression by acids and bases(ISO 10545/13). It must feature a water absorption value (ISO 10545/3) of less than 0,5%; it must achieve a resistance to bending stress (ISO 10545/4)greater or equal to 35 N/mm2. Das Produkt muss vollkommen reaktionsträge sein und darf weder schädliche oder radioaktive Rohstoffe noch Schwermetalle, wie Kadmium oder Bleienthalten. Es muss also den technischen Anforderungen der Bioarchitektur entsprechen. Die Rückseite des Materials weist eine niedrige, karierte Strukturauf, welche das perfekte Haften des Produkts an senkrechten sowie waagerechten Flächen erlaubt. Die Ränder und Ecken der Oberfläche sollen geradesein. Das Material ist absolut verglast, besitzt eine Wasseraufnahme von weniger als 0,5% und muss entsprechend ISO 13006 in die Bla-Gruppe eingestuftwerden. Es hat allen durch ISO 10545 vorgesehenen Anforderungen zu entsprechen. Im einzelnen muss es frostbeständig (ISO 10545/12), widerstandsfähiggegen Temperaturschwankungen (ISO 10545/9), säure- und laugenbeständig (ISO 10545/13) sein.
