Marc Spilo
Marc Spilo, CEO & Owner, has had a lifelong enthusiasm for the professional beauty industry. Mentored by his father Charles Spilo, Spilo Worldwide’s founder, Marc continues Spilo’s commitment to offering a full-spectrum of high quality products. Leading as CEO since 1993, Marc’s focus has been to drive creativity, maintain high levels of service and continue to develop relationships with business partners built on trust and integrity. In this ever-changing industry, Marc thrives on the creativity and family spirit still alive and well in the community today.
Leadership Team Jeff Lapin, Chief Operating Officer, has been the CEO and/or President of four public and four private global companies, including Starwood Hotels, Take-Two Interactive and Atari. He brings a wealth of experience in product development, marketing and supply chain management. His focus at Spilo Worldwide is on strategic planning and growth.
Nikola Cline, Vice President of Marketing, brings 18 years of creating award-winning products and marketing programs for Paul Mitchell, Proctor & Gamble/Sebastian, Nexxus and Macy’s to Spilo Worldwide. She has a passion for the professional beauty industry and is focused on driving brand growth through innovation and creativity.
Misty Becker, Director of Worldwide Sales, has acquired over fifteen years of sales leadership experience with a focus on consultative selling and customer relationships. After spending nine years as a sales leader with Staples, Inc. she made a decision to delve into the world of beauty. At Spilo Worldwide, her focus is on cultivating customer relationships and supporting overall company growth through creative selling initiatives.
Bill Kaba, Director of Finance, has 34 years of experience, primarily with Mars Inc., focusing on strategic planning, business analysis and product development, working on Pet Food, Confection, Food and the Seeds of Change brands. His goal at Spilo Worldwide is to provide the financial, IT and strategic process tools to help the business drive profitable growth.
