Ingredients:

• 1 big bunch of spinach

• 1 cup boiled sweet corn

• 2-3 flakes of garlic (grated)

• 1-2 green chillies

• 2 tbsp of chopped parsley or coriander

• Salt according to taste

• 1/2 tsp pepper powder

• 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese

• 1-12 wheat bread slices

• 2 tbsp butter for toasting

Method:

1. !ash" clean" discard the stem of spinach lea#es$ %hop them finely and keep it aside$

2. &ow add little butter in a frying pan" add garlic and green chillies$ Saute for 1' secs$

3. dd spinach and corn" cook on high flame till water e#aporates$

4. dd salt and pepper powder$ i* well$

5. +emo#e from fire" di#ide the stuffing into , eual portions$

6. &ow take a bread slice" spread one portion of stuffing on the bread slice$

7. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top" co#er with another slice of bread$

8. pply some butter on the surface and grill it" till the sandwich turns golden brown$
