Preliminary Findings:!Ferrer, VI, and Sanchez, in prep.!In the equatorial patch the contribution is very similar to the case at B=0 since the LLs are very close to each other. Only one type of quarkyonic spiral in this patch.!

Galilo & Nedelko ’11 !In a strong magnetic field the gluon field configuration that minimize the action does not support confinement of quarks !
