Use of Decennial 2020 LogoSHEA does not allow other companies or organizations to use the Decennial 2020 Conference logo or name unless the use is for a product or service that SHEA sponsors or co-sponsors. SHEA must review and provide written approval for any materials featuring the Decennial 2020 name or logo prior to production or printing.

Payment PolicyPayment in full is due 30 days after the reservation is made. Reservations with outstanding balances after 30 days may be cancelled.

Advertisements Beyond Those Offered HereThe display of advertisements or promotional materials beyond those offered in this guide and targeted to attendees of Decennial 2020 (including, but not limited to, advertising in/on buses, taxis, Segways, boats, pedicabs, planes, street cars, building facades, hotels, or restaurants, etc.) is prohibited within five miles of the Atlanta Marriott Marquis during the period beginning three days before and continuing until three days after the meeting (March 26-30, 2020) The use of any name, logo, or trademark of Decennial 2020 and the partner societies in any exhibitor advertising is strictly prohibited without Decennial’s advance written consent.

Cancellation PolicyAdvertisements cancelled by December 16, 2019 will be refunded in full if the advertisement has not been placed. All placed ads are nonrefundable. Cancellation requests made December 17, 2019 and later are subject to refund (or balance due forgiveness) at the discretion of Decennial 2020 and will be based on the ability to resell the space.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Lunches $15,000 ea. or $30,000 for a 3-day package

Approximately 3,000 attendees will be served lunch in the exhibit hall on Friday, March 27, Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29. This sponsorship will provide the opportunity to print product, drug, corporate message or logo on the outside of the paper lunch bag and will receive recognition on the schedule in the conference meeting app. Specifications and creative due date will be provided to the sponsor.

Breaks $10,000 ea. or $50,000 for a package of 7

Every attendee takes part in the networking breaks. It’s a great opportunity to get your name in front of the attendees while they network. The coffee breaks will occur Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:15 - 10:45 a.m. and 3:30 – 4:00 p.m. in addition to a coffee break on Monday, from 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. The product, drug, corporate message or logo will be 32” wide by 14 .5” high on the free-standing oversized coffee cup prop.

Foundation Dinner *Exclusive* $30,000

On Saturday, March 28, the SHEA Education & Research Foundation is hosting a dinner at The ROOF at Ponce City Market. This is the Sixth Annual Event for the Foundation and is an incredible way to support the field. Proceeds from this event raised above the expenses associated with the dinner support the foundation’s mission and vision to fund education and research opportunities in the specialty. The foundation dinner sponsor will receive their logo on thank you signs at the event, one company name branded reserved table with 10 seat tickets, and the ability to deliver a five-minute presentation at the beginning of the event’s presentations. Presentation script approval is required by SHEA.

Welcome Reception *Exclusive* $50,000

Consider sponsoring the Decennial 2020 Welcome Reception. The reception will be held on Thursday, March 26 directly following the Opening Plenary from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. The sponsor will receive their logo on the cocktail napkins at the event and thank you signs on the bars, a push notification in the Decennial 2020 Meeting App, and a business card collection at their booth for an attendee branded (Decennial and Sponsored Logo) prize drawing. 25 prizes will be awarded to the attendees who participate. Promotional language for the drawing will be included in two pre-conference emails to attendees.

Attendee Gift $25,000

Leave the attendees with a lasting memory of Decennial 2020 with this dual branded give-a-way. Keep attendees hydrated by providing them with a 24 oz aluminum water bottle with threaded lid, carabiner, and key ring. The Decennial will have coolers placed throughout the hotel for attendees to refill. As a bonus, you will be assisting with a “go green” initiative by sponsoring the reusable water bottles and eliminating the need for disposable bottles and cups. The sponsor’s logo will be printed in four color on the give-a-way. Logo specifications will be sent to the sponsor. Logo is due no later than January 16, 2020.

Conference Notepads $25,000

Provide attendees with a notepad to capture important topics during Decennial 2020. The sponsor’s logo will be printed in four color on the notepad. Logo specifications will be sent to the sponsor. Logo is due no later than January 16, 2020.

Rebroadcast $TBD

Decennial is exploring the option to rebroadcast the most popular sessions with speakers available for live chat and accreditation. Sponsor will be receive their logo on the landing page and promotional emails.

Coffee Corner Chats $5,000

Decennial 2020 will be hosting “Coffee Corner Chats” during the networking breaks. Attendees will be encouraged to stop by and visit with experts in the field of healthcare epidemiology and infection prevention. These experts will have an open forum to engage with the attendees and discuss what they are interested in learning more about. By sponsoring this program, your company logo will be included in the coffee talk signage. If you purchase all the Coffee Corner Chats (total of 6) for 30K, your company logo will be branded with the conference logo on giveaway coffee cups for participants. Promotional language for the Coffee Corner Chats will be included in two pre-conference emails to attendees.

International Lounge $15,000

By sponsoring the International Lounge, you can reach the Decennial international attendee demographic which is estimated to be about 30% of Decennial conference attendees. This lounge will include food and beverage along with language pods for networking discussions for multilingual communications. The international lounge will be open Friday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. As a sponsor for this program, your company logo will be placed on all of the program signage, you may provide a rotating PowerPoint presentation to be displayed in the lounge and you are able to add flyers/giveaways on the table within the lounge. Pre-approval from SHEA is required for the presentation and flyers/giveaways. Promotional language for the international lounge will be included in two pre-conference emails to attendees.

Focused Programs with Networking Opportunities $5,000-$15,000

Sponsor one of four Decennial 2020 focused sessions and networking opportunities.

Mentorship Meet and Greet Luncheon $15,000

The SHEA Mentorship Program is designed to create a strong networking community. Our goal is to form relationships that can be carried forward beyond the Decennial 2020 meeting. Mentors and Mentees will attend a meet and greet luncheon to get introduced to their mentor/mentee and network with others in the field. This luncheon will occur on Thursday, March 26 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. and is available for mentorship program only attendees. This sponsorship will provide the opportunity to print product, drug, corporate message or logo on the outside of the paper lunch bag and will receive recognition on the schedule in the conference meeting app. As a sponsor for this program, your company logo will be placed on all the program signage, you may provide a rotating PowerPoint presentation to be displayed and you are able to add flyers/giveaways on the table within the lounge. Pre-approval from SHEA is required for the presentation and flyers/giveaways. Women in Epi Breakfast $15,000

Women in the field of Healthcare Epidemiology are encouraged to attend a Women’s only breakfast during the conference. Women are increasingly entering the field of healthcare epidemiology but have few opportunities to meet and discuss the challenges. This breakfast will be a chance for women connect with their peers and hear from other women leaders. This event will occur on Monday, March 30 from 6:30 – 7:30 a.m. As a sponsor for this program, your companylogo will be placed on all the program signage, youmay provide a rotating PowerPoint presentation to bedisplayed and you are able to add flyers/giveawayson the tables. Pre-approval from SHEA is required forthe presentation and flyers/giveaways. Promotionallanguage for the Women in Epi Breakfast will beincluded in two pre-conference emails to attendees.

Ads will only be accepted in Press pdf format . PDF files must be press-ready and have all fonts and images embedded. Images must be at 300 dpi minimum, CMYK color mode. All full page ads must include crop marks. Full page ads with bleed marks must include 1/8 inch excess image past crop marks. Do not allow crop marks to intrude into bleed area .

Complimentary internet service is a major request from all attendees and is highly accessed by each attendee’s phone, laptop, iPad, etc. This advertisement is sure to garner positive attention for your company. Your company will be able to create the background image/advertisement for the Decennial 2020 Wi-Fi login screen which all attendees must view to log onto the internet. Your company logo will also be provided on all Wi-Fi login instructions on signage and pre-conference emails for attendees.

Attendee Bag Insert $3,000

Insert your unique message into the attendee bag. Decennial 2020 limits the number of bag inserts to 12 pieces. Secure one of them for your message! Artwork must be approved before the insert is produced. Production and shipping costs are not included and must be paid by the advertiser.

Items will need to arrive in Atlanta, GA in early March. The production quantity will be approximately 3,300 pieces. The exact arrival date and shipping labels will be provided in January. Your insert may be any size or shape, not to exceed 8.5”x11”. The weight should be something the attendees can easily carry in their meeting bag. We will accept hand sanitizer and individual water bottles, think creatively.

Have your ad included in the attendee confirmation email at time of registration. Ad should be submitted as a .jpg file 600 pixels x 200 pixels with click through URL.

Attendees snap and tag their photos at Decennial 2020 from anywhere at the event, they post them on Instagram or twitter, tag the #Decennial2020 hashtag and their photos are analyzed by an image processing algorithm. Attendees can then grab a branded photo printed from a wall mounted printer and matches for the mosaic are hand-placed onto a grid to reveal a stunning Decennial Branded Image of Inspiration. Your company will be able to work with the SHEA team to identify a target image for the mosaic display. Your logo will be added to the display signage and printed image. Promotional language for the Mosaic Photo Display will be included in two pre-conference emails to attendees.
