DALLASHR SPONSORSHIP & ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Luncheon Sponsor Guidelines 1) Podium time limit is 2-3 minutes 2) Comments should be light, brief and non-promotional 3) No PowerPoint or other presentation media is permitted 4) No additional handout materials to be set in chairs or tables other than the one (1) item which is included with sponsorship. Any
additional promotional or branded material should be distributed from sponsor's marketing table in registration area 5) Sponsors are encouraged to provide a door prize drawing and collect business cards for the purpose of developing future business
contacts. The event guest list is not available to the sponsor. Other Terms DallasHR makes no warranties, guarantees or representations regarding benefits to be received by Sponsor from this sponsorship. DallasHR will not be liable to Sponsor for any damages for lost profits, lost income, lost revenue, incidental damages, consequential damages, or attorneys fees. Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold DallasHR harmless for all claims, demands, and liabilities, whatsoever, made or asserted by any third party against DallasHR relating to any act of omission or commission of Sponsor. Cancellations must be made within 60 days of the scheduled event to receive a refund. Eligible cancellations will incur a 10% administrative fee. DallasHR may also cancel this agreement without refund or credit (except for situation “f”) for any of the following reasons: a) Sponsor breaches this agreement, b) Sponsor fails to pay DallasHR as outlined in this agreement, c) Sponsor is the subject of any negative publicity, which DallasHR determines in its’ sole discretion, is inconsistent with the principles or goals of DallasHR or reflects a negative image of DallasHR, d) DallasHR receives complaints from its’ members about Sponsor, e) Sponsor engages in any illegal or unethical activity, f) DallasHR is unable to hold the sponsorship event due to circumstances beyond its control. DallasHR reserves the right to review any and all material that will be used by the sponsor in advance to determine its appropriateness and quality. Full payment is due upon execution of this agreement.
