SILENT OBSERVERSilent Observer is a high-tech crime prevention program helping local law enforcement agencies solve and prevent crimes. The program rewards anonymous tipsters who supply information that help solve crimes. Donations are used for the reward pool and to adequately market the program and help keep the community safe.

The Chamber is committed to providing the community, and its visitors, with this magical experience each year. Donations are needed to produce the annual fireworks display.
