Hole Sponsor (Limit 6):Non-refundable Deposit: $200Variable Cost: $5/golfer (max. 100 golfers)Included: A tee-box of your choosing. In order to keep sponsorship costs low, we are giving you creative reign. We won’t charge you for signage or giveaways that you don’t want. You are free to offer custom giveaways, hole contests, etc.
Breakfast Sponsor (Limit 1):Non-refundable Deposit: $300Variable Cost: $6/golfer (max. 100 golfers)Included: A table at breakfast. You and your team will be given freedom to setup as you wish: signage, giveaways, etc. You will have the opportunity for face-to-face interaction with all golfers prior to the tournament.
Lunch Sponsor (Limit 1):Non-refundable Deposit: $400Variable Cost: $10/golfer (max. 100 golfers)Included: A table at lunch ceremony. Logo will be posted on HD TV during lunch. You will have free reign regarding giveaways and signage. Opportunity for face-to-face interaction with all participants.
All sponsors are responsible for supplying their own swag/signage. We are happy to help with any design. All giveaways, signage, contests, etc. must be approved by the Rotary Club.
