APPLICATION Other sponsorship proposals are welcomed. If your organisation/firm is interested in sponsoring, please complete and return the enclosed “Sponsorship Reply Form” to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre via email – [email protected] (attn: Chloe Huang). T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S

1. Sponsorship is accepted based on a first-come-first-serve approach while the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre reserves the right for the final decision.

2. Payment should be made 4 weeks after the invoice is issued. 3. There is no refund for any cancellation of sponsorship after payment. 4. In the event the Conference must be postponed, sponsorship will be carried forward to new date. If the

Conference is cancelled, 10% of the total sponsorship will be retained by HKIAC in recognition of the exposure received to date.

5. The sponsorship fees do not include free Conference registration unless specifically stated in the sponsorship opportunities details.

6. Sponsors are not allowed to sublet, assign or apportion any part of the sponsoring item(s) nor represent, advertise or distribute literature or materials for the products or services of any other company(ies) or organisation(s).

7. The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre will not be liable for any damage or loss to a sponsor’s properties through fire, theft, accident, or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise. Sponsors are encouraged to take out appropriate insurance coverage to cover for such potentials losses, where possible.

8. No part of an exhibit and no signs or other materials may be posted, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls, doors or other surfaces in a way that defaces the premises or equipment and furnishings. Damages from failure to observe the notice is payable by the sponsor.

9. The Conference programme is subject to change without prior notice.
