The Spirit of Adventure... four words that mean

something different to each and every one of us

We sponsor extraordinary adventures of all types and

levels offering a range of support from fully funded kit

through to VIP expedition prices

In return for our support, we ask that you support our

brand

Sponsorship Criteria- Extraordinary Adventures

We receive hundreds of requests every year, so we can be really picky

The more extraordinary your adventure, the better

Each request is dealt with on an individual basis and we look for:

What makes your expedition stand out from the rest? How will you be able to support us any better than the others?

Applying for Sponsorship

1. Check the sponsorship criteria, then send your proposal to marketing@amg-group.co.uk, using the subject title ‘Sponsorship Request’

Include:

• Your details• Your name, telephone number, email address and postal address

• A brief overview of your expedition (In no more than 300 words)• Name of your expedition/event

• One-line description of the sponsorship/event

• What makes yours an extraordinary adventure and why should we support you?

• What can you offer that other applicants can’t?

• What sort of kit are you looking for and when?

• How much media coverage can you generate?

• Are you able to produce videos that we could use as either endorsement, kit

reviews or information? If so how many and what sort of quality?

• What level of sponsorship are you looking for?

What you’ll get out of it…

We offer two levels of support:

• Full Expedition Kit• An agreed amount of kit free of charge

• Opportunity to top up via our VIP scheme

• VIP Expedition Support Scheme• Provides discounted prices on kit via VIP sites

What we want in return…• All of our sponsors sign a contract with us

• Ensures you get the agreed level of support

• We get the amount of coverage arranged

VIP Expedition Support

- Blogs (about our brands and the kit we supplied, including gear reviews)

- Images (of your expedition featuring our kit and branding)

- Videos (of your expedition and gear reviews)

- Social Media content (regular posts on a wide range of sites)

Full Expedition Support

- All of the above +

- Press coverage (local & national)

- Event attendance (as agreed during negotiation, to represent our brands)
