A meeting of sports coordinators and sports council member was held to discuss the SportsCalendar for the year 2011-2012, on 7 th , July, 2011 at 4:00 P.m 6:00 p.m in the ConferenceHall, Research and Innovation Building at Symbiosis International University, lavale Pune-412115. The following members were present for the meeting

In case of students having excellent track record in any individual sports other thanlisted above can approach sports board through the Sports Coordinators of theirrespective Institute. Their selection in particular sports will depend on the decisiontaken by the Selection committee appointed by the sports Cell.

All Inter Institute Tournaments will be held first week and last week of the month as perthe convenience of Sports board.

Sports board reserves the right to change the dates of Tournaments in case of any unavoidable reasons with due information to all participating Institutes and Sportscoordinators.

The Sports Calendar is designed keeping in view the dates and list of Holidays for constituentInstitutes of SIU and it also depends upon the calendar of National University Games issued by the Association of Indian Universities.
