Payment Terms

All payments must clear in full upon submitting your order otherwise the order will be

cancelled.

We ship within 1-2 weks upon placement of your order and shipping to most international

destinations including the US takes 7-15 days.

If you want the items to arrive earlier or by a a specific date (ex for a show etc) please

mention it when placing your order, we will get back to you to let you know if it is possible.

You are responsible for all taxes and customs in your country.

Should you need to cancel your order plase do so before paying.

If you decide to cancel after payment is placed you wil be charged with the Paypal fees

We ship our orders via recorded air mail.

Delivery normally takes 7-15 working days to most international destinations including the

Shipping Cost

Jewelry orders $300/€240 and upwards are shipped at our own cost.

For jewelry orders below this amount we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $20/€15

Shipping costs for for handbags are calculated by weight.

An order of 5 hanbags costs approximately $20/€15 for Greece, $39/€30 for EU and $49/€40

for most other destinations. This is a rough estimate, we can send you a much more

acccurate price once we know the exact quantities of your order.

Standard Production Time

5-15 days for custom orders depending on the size of you order. We have many ready to ship

items, please contact us for more information.

Returns, Damages, and Repairs

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of

receipt to arrange for a refund or exchange.Shipping and Handling fees will not be returned.

Our Kilim Bags are made of upcycled rugs made of various strips of fabrics. This means

that every item is slightly different and each one totally unique. Because of the nature of

the material dimensions may also vary slightly (1”-1.5”/2-4 cm).
