1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 LOCATION AND ACCESS

The property is covers the southwest comer of Corkill Twp, southeast corner of Charters Twp and the northeast corner of Donovan Twp. It is bounded to the east by the buffer zone surrounding the Lady Evelyn Park Reserve. Access is gained to the property from Hwy 560 west from the town of Elk Lake to the Beauty Lake Road and following the Beauty Lake Road south for approximately 15km. From here there is access by 4x4 to the south and west for the Corkill Twp portion.

2. GEOLOGY

2.1 REGIONAL GEOLOGY

Charters, Corkill and Donovan Townships were mapped by Mcllwaine in 1971. Much of the area is covered by Pleistocene glacial moraine and sandy glacial outwash deposits which obscures bedrock geology.

The geology is very simple overall. It comprises a sequence of dominantly quartzite, feldspathic quartzite, and arkose of the Lorrain Formation and lesser amounts of Firstbrook Formation siltstone, sandstone, greywacke, arkose and conglomerate. These are all members of the Cobalt Group of rocks.

Intruding this sequence are dikes and sills of Nipissing diabase (Pyroxene Gabbro). In places, silver bearing deposits are associated with the diabase and represent the main focus of economic activity in the area.

An inlier of Archean age appears to have formed a basement topographic high which has been exposed by erosion in northeast Lawson Township, adjacent to the property. According to old reports, it is composed of mafic to intermediate metavolcanics.

2.2 PROPERTY GEOLOGY

In general the property is underlain by Lorraine quartzite which is intruded by a sill of Nipissing diabase. These units are exposed only in the western and southern ends of the group. The northern portion of the group is primarily obscured by glacial sand and outwash deposits.

To date the only mineralization found on the group, by the claim holders, consists of silver, copper, nickel and cobalt mineralization. Assays from these zones range up to 157 OPT silver, 15.79% copper, 3% nickel, 1.2% cobalt and an assay from the University of Western Ontario of 42 ppb platinum. The majority of the samples were taken in a 10mX3m open cut in the Nipissing diabase sill. The entire open cut exhibits mineralization to a certain degree, with the north 10m wall entirely covered in both azurite and malachite.

Other property mineralization is found in the historic records. These include diamond drill intersections of 12 feet of over 5% copper, bulk samples assaying 50% cobalt and 2000 OPT silver, and various other entries of mineralization. These can be seen in Appendix A.

In 1997 the OGS performed a regional geochemical survey over 32 townships. This area include the KelJ Mine Project. This report (OFR 5962 ... A High Density Lake Sediment and Water Geochemical Survey of 32 Geographic Townships in the Montreal River Headwaters) outlined 14 significant anomalies, the Kel/ Mine Project being anomaly number 9.

3. PRIMARY REASON FOR FURTHER EXlORATION

This area hosts a multiple known deposits with substantial assays. Since this area has been closed to staking and prospecting for twenty years it has never been looked at with modern geophysics. As seen in OFR 5962, the area was marked by the OGS as being anomalous in Ag, As, Co, Ni, Bi, Cu, Pb, Cd, Zn and Au.

4. EXLORATION PROGRAMS PERFORMED

4.1 HISTORIC WORK

The previous work on this property is quite extensive, starting in the early 1900's and ending approximately in 1968, due to the land caution in the area.

In 1909 an inclined shaft was sunk on a high grade silver vein to a depth of 104 feet. On four levels over 200 feet of lateral work was done. It was reported that one bulk sample was removed, the 1584 pound sample wielded 1621 ounces of silver.

In 1947 Silver Chest Mines Ltd acquired the property and constructed a camp on site. They built a headframe and dewatered the shaft. Following this they did over 900 feet of surface trenching and drilled three shallow diamond drill holes.

Assessment files report that during a period from 1949-1957, George Pearson obtained $2000 worth of silver and a bulk sample of 253 pounds assayed 1703.8 opt silver and yielded 180 pounds of cobalt.

In 1962, Ourgold Mining Co Ltd, resumed drilling on the property, for a total of three more holes. This resulted in three press releases that mentioned sections including 15ft with assays of: 1.11 % Cu; .560pt Ag; .07% Co. This was closely followed by another section of 11.8ft with 5.3% Cu; 1.2 opt Ag; .9% Co. The second drill hole had an intersection of 2.23% Cu and 1.18 opt Ag In the later stages of exploration and development plans were introduced to bring the mine into production and for the construction of a mill on site; however, they never materialized.

This area then became part of the Temagami Land Caution. This property then remained dormant until the caution was lifted and the present owner obtained the property, however none of the original plans, drill core or drill logs have been found.

The exploration program conducted by Diamond Lake Resources Inc included a grid being cut, severallines of Max-Min, a magnetometer and Scintillometer surveys conducted over the grid. The grid consisted of approximately 10 kilometers.

4.2 PROSPECTING TRAVERSE

A prospecting program was undertaken in the summer of 2006. The purpose of this program was to discover old exploration workings and any potentially new targets of focus.

Jason Ploeger of CJP Exploration Inc and David LaRocque of Aurora-Larder Mining Corporation Limited, entered the property on May 4, 2006 to conduct 2 independent prospecting traverses.

David entered the property from the south boundary of the property and foHowed the Nipissing Diabase ridge. He followed the diabase of the ridge north to the Northern Pit, which is located where the sill dips below the overburden. He then proceeded to the Nothem boundary. With this traverse, he discovered 3 new pits and an east west trench across the top of the ridge. A quick chip sample was taken of each and a GPS location was taken for future exploration programs.

Jason entered the property from the north boundary. Upon entering he discovered that the north boundary was now invisible due to the growth within the clear cut. His traverse went eastward onto a hill of quartzite and then southward down the east quarter of the property to the southern boundary.

4.3 BOUNDARY RE-CUT

Due to the poor visibility from of the north boundary it was decided that the boundaries should be recut. Jason Ploeger of CJP Exploration Inc., then entered the property on May 9,2006 and walked and remarked the claim boundary. The line post on the Southern boundary is located on the edge of the access road. This was located and the claim boundary was marked in a countercloCkwise manner. All the corner posts were located however due to the dearcut and the swamp the northern and western lines were lost and the line posts were not found. However the old gridlines were visible and used.
