Do monsters care about healthy eating?

Grover: Oh yes! Monsters—especially cute, furry blue ones such as myself—definitively care about healthy eating! My mommy says it is the only way for me to grow up strong.

What do you like to eat when your batteries have run down?

Grover: I love to snack on healthy fruits and vegetables. Fresh carrots are especially fun since they make a super crunch sound, which perfectly complements my theme of being super.

Sam: I love eating any kind of fruit, especially apples and bananas. I also love nuts: peanuts, almonds, or

cashews!

What’s most surprising (in a good way) about learning to cook?

Grover: The food tastes so much better when you help make it yourself.

Sam: How much better life becomes when you learn how to cook. It means you can give the people you love delicious food, and you get to always eat good food yourself!

What ChopChop recipe have you been most excited about making?

Grover: I loved making a salad and adding all of the colorful ingredients like lettuce, cucumbers, oranges, and radishes. My mommy told me it is really important to eat all my colors.

Sam: I loved making the radish salad with Grover!
