HOW TO BOOK BOOKING INFORMATION 22 SEPT TO 1 OCT ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 12 AND OVER WHO LIVE, WORK OR STUDY IN THE YARRA RANGES. Bookings open Monday 24 August at 10am. close Friday 11 SEPTember 2015. Permission forms can be downloaded from www.yarraranges.vic.gov.au/youthservices All events are for young people aged 12- 25 years (unless otherwise indicated) who live, work or study in the Yarra Ranges. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment and completed permission forms are submitted for each young person. Each young person can book in to a maximum of 3 activities. All events are strictly smoke, drug and alcohol free. Yarra Ranges Council reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather conditions and/or lack of numbers. A full refund or choice to participate in an alternative activity will be offered. Refunds will only be offered to bookings cancelled 7 days prior to the activity. In the event of illness/emergency on the day of the activity, credit will be provided for the following holiday program provided that Youth Services are notified as soon as possible by calling 9294 6716. Yarra Ranges Council is committed to actively supporting inclusion for young people with additional needs. If the young person is a client of Aged & Disability Services, please notify staff at time of booking. An assessment officer will contact you to determine what support (if any) is required.
