CYCLE Hop onto this classic ride! Spend 45 minutes on the bike paired with your favorite tunes to fuel your ride. Class is limited to 15 participants.
DANCE PARTYThis dance class plays all of the latest hits while learning some great moves. Once you’ve got the dances down, you will feel like you’re a part of a music group.
CYCLE + COREFinish up your cycle ride full of music and energy with a 15-minute workout that focuses on your core. Build your strength and stability in the abs, lower back, and glutes.
STRENGTH + CARDIO
HIITHigh Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes are intense, so come ready to sweat! The primary focus is a short, intense burst of exercise. HIIT combines several modes of cardio training to confuse the muscles and help you break through the plateau.
HIIT + TRXThis cardio-strength combo class incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cardio drills and TRX suspension strength training using body weight and TRX suspension bands while boosting your heart rate with HIIT drills.
TABATAA full body, high intensity interval class designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone in 20 second intervals repeating the cycle eight times. You can do anything for 20 seconds!!
CARDIO KICKBOXINGA group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
