The concept behind “Change Life” is as powerful as you can imagine, and becoming an independent Tranont Associate — spare time, part time, or full time — is the first step on a rewarding path. Applying your own effort and consistency means you work toward your objectives and dreams at your own pace. And we’re here to support you!

EARNING POTENTIAL*FOUR WAYS TO EARN

SHARE Help Customers learn about and buy Tranont products, and you earn 50% commissions on their Customer Points — for each of your Customers, every time! We like to say we don’t sell — we share for “Like-Its” and “Love-Its”!

LAUNCH Choose your Platinum, Gold or Silver Enrollment Pack and learn how to help others do the same thing. These Enrollment Packs pay, respectively, $300, $200 or $100 in Launch Bonuses, and you’re building product volume that counts toward even more rewards. (See pg. 7 for how to earn $1,000 with the 10 & 3 Challenge!)

DRIVEAs you drive your team’s growth in volume from purchasing activity, you can qualify for one of the most exciting parts of Tranont compensation: the Jeep® 4 U program! (See pg. 8 for more.)

SHARE PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Customer Points (CP) are a measurement unit we use to track volume from sales to Customers.

Each Tranont product is assigned a CP value. When your Customers purchase products, your Tranont business earns the CP value. (CP values can be viewed in the Product Portfolio document.)

Tranont pays weekly commissions based on a percentage of the CP from your personally sponsored Customers.

CUSTOMER SHARING BONUS

You can earn from helping Customers purchase life-changing Tranont products. To qualify for the Customer Sharing Bonus, you must have either 1) 50 PV from your own personal purchases, or 2) 100 PV that comes from purchases of your personally sponsored Customers, in either the current month or the previous month.

When your Customers purchase Tranont products, we pay 50% commissions based on the Customer Point value. For example, 50% of a 200-CP product order means $100 to that Customer’s sponsor.

And you can earn the Customer Sharing Bonus every time your Customers order!

You must have 100 PV to qualify for this bonus.Tranont charges a $3.00 payment-processing fee for all financial distributions.

LAUNCH BONUSHelp people become Associates with Tranont and earn Launch Bonuses from products they purchase in the Enrollment Packs. As a sponsor, you must qualify for the Launch Bonus with 100 in Personal Volume (PV). Take a look at what each Enrollment Pack offers:

Enrollment Packs

Platinum Pack: $999 ($1,368 value) — $300 Launch Bonus paid to the sponsor

Gold Pack: $599 ($860 value) — $200 Launch Bonus paid to the sponsor

Silver Pack - CBD: $373 ($387 value) — $100 Launch Bonus paid to the sponsor

Silver Pack - Wellness: $345 ($358 value) — $100 Launch Bonus paid to the sponsor

Once your business reaches 1,500 in monthly Group Volume (GV) with proper leg balance (see pg.10), you qualify as a Jade and you can begin earning the monthly Jeep® stipend. Here are a few ways to look at how to qualify as a Jade:

3 new Associates who each purchase a Platinum Pack (500 PV) = 1,500 GV

5 new Associates who each purchase a Gold Pack (300 PV) = 1,500 GV

10 new Associates who each purchase a Silver Pack (150 PV) = 1,500 GV

10 & 3 CHALLENGE

IF YOU WANT TO BUILD FAST, WE’VE GOT A PLAN FOR YOU!

Working each month toward this $1,000 bonus strengthens your organization AND encourages great habits for your new Associates: You must have 200 PV to qualify for the 10 & 3 Challenge.

Help at least 10 New Customers Purchase from TranontWithin your qualifying period, your new Customers are those who 1) create an account with a unique mailing address, 2) purchase Tranont products*, and 3) have no previous history with Tranont.* Combined new Customer purchases must total at least 500 CP.

Personally Sponsor 3 New AssociatesWithin your qualifying period, your new Associates are those who sign up and order a Platinum, Gold or Silver Enrollment Pack within your month of qualification.

New AssociatesNew Associates (with 200 PV) have 30 calendar days from their sign-up date to complete 10 & 3 Challenge qualifications. For example, a new Associate who joins on the 13th of a month has until the 12th of the following month to build 10 & 3 Challenge, so a new Associate joining that person’s business on, say, the 9th of the next month would have four days to make a qualifying purchase.

Existing AssociatesExisting Associates (with 200 PV) can qualify each calendar month, which ends at midnight Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on the last day of the month.

* This Challenge is a temporary incentive and not considered part of the Sales Compensation Plan. It may be modified or discontinued at any time with 30-day notice from Tranont.

JEEP® 4 U PROGRAM

HOW TO START

How to Qualify - Track 1PV QualificationYou can be eligible to earn Tranont’s $500 monthly Jeep stipend by generating and maintaining 1,500 in monthly PV, with at least three Customers purchasing Tranont products as part of that volume.

How to Qualify - Track 2Rank Advancement Meeting and maintaining the requirements for the ranks of Jade and Opal means you can be eligible for the $350 monthly Jeep stipend from Tranont.

By meeting and maintaining the requirements for the ranks of Pearl and higher, you can qualify for the $500 monthly Jeep stipend from Tranont.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Meet the program requirements*2. Purchase or lease the Jeep of

your dreams (most late-year models are approved)

3. Send in your application with all required documentation

4. Apply approved Tranont-logo decal(s) to your Jeep and take some pics

5. Begin your Jeep adventure!

Just as CP represents volume from Customer purchases, there is volume assigned to every Tranont product sold to Associates:

PERSONAL VOLUME (PV): The volume that comes comes from your personal orders plus the volume from personally sponsored Customers’ purchases

GROUP VOLUME (GV): Total volume from orders in your downline, not including your personal Customers

Actual volume point values for each product pack or bundle can be viewed in the Product Portfolio document.

SPONSOR: The Tranont Associate who directly sponsors a new Associate or Customer. The sponsor may place the new Associate or Customer directly under his or her Associate position or under any other downline Associate position. This placement feature of our Sales Compensation Plan allows new Associates to keep a direct connection with the original sponsor while being placed under someone who can be a second mentor and trainer, perhaps someone who lives close geographically. The position under which the new Associate or Customer is placed is the “placement sponsor.” The same Tranont Associate may be both the sponsor and the placement sponsor.

SPONSOR TREE: The line of Associates consecutively linked through the Associate sponsor tree. Note difference from “placement tree,” below.

PLACEMENT SPONSOR: The Tranont Associate under whom the Sponsor places a new Associate. The Sponsor may also be the placement sponsor.

PLACEMENT TREE: The line of Associates consecutively linked through the Associate placement tree. Note difference from “sponsor tree,” above.

HOLDING TANK: Where new Associate and Customer positions await placement, for up to 10 days from sign-up date. The sponsor can place new Associates and Customers under any other downline Associate position during these 10 days. If no placement is assigned within the 10-day window, accounts will be placed directly under the sponsor.

LAUNCH BONUS & ENROLLMENT PACKS:

The only enrollment packs that will trigger a Launch Bonus (sign-up bonus) are the Platinum, Gold and Silver Enrollment Packs. No other product, bundle or pack, regardless of when purchased, will trigger the Launch Bonus.

PV REQUIREMENTS FOR LAUNCH BONUS, CUSTOMER SHARING BONUS, AND 10 & 3 CHALLENGE:

The simplest way to make sure you achieve these three fantastic bonuses is to have a 100-PV Subscription order each month. Also, a best practice as a new Associate is to sign up and achieve 100 PV before taking action so that you can qualify for these bonuses.

The Launch Bonus is paid weekly and requires 100 PV. If you do not have 100 PV at the time you sponsor a new Associate who purchases a Platinum, Gold or Silver Enrollment Pack, but a review confirms that you achieved 100 PV during the previous full month, you can qualify for the Launch Bonus.*

The Customer Sharing Bonus is paid weekly and requires either 1) 50 PV from your own personal purchases, or 2) 100 PV that comes from purchases of your personally sponsored Customers, in either the current month or the previous month. If you do not meet one of these two requirements at the time you have a personally sponsored Customer purchase, but a review confirms that you achieved one of these two requirements during the previous full month, you can qualify to be paid the Customer Sharing Bonus.*

The 10 & 3 Challenge is paid twice each month and requires 200 PV within the full month. However, there is a special arrangement for Associates working to qualify within 30 days of sign-up: If you do not have 200 PV in the month that you qualify, but a review confirms that you achieved 200 PV during the previous full month, you can qualify for the 10 & 3 Challenge.*

*PV achieved in different months may not be added together to achieve the 100 PV or 200 PV requirement. This special PV consideration that allows you to be bonus-qualified based upon your previous month applies only to the Customer Sharing Bonus, Launch Bonus, and to those trying to achieve the 10 & 3 Challenge within 30 days of sign-up.

There are four (4) requirements for advancing rank in Tranont:

1. Have three (3) active personally sponsored Associates2. Meet Personal Volume (PV) target3. Achieve Group Volume (GV) target4. Stay within the Maximum-Leg Percentage (Max Leg %) allowance

To help ensure optimal stability for your business, the Max Leg % is the most GV that that can be counted from any single leg of your team.

As you advance in rank, you are eligible for additional bonuses along the way:

• Jeep Stipend Monthly payments as part of our Jeep 4 U Program (see pg. 8).

• Team Bonus Consistent income paid monthly to reward Associates who maintain or advance in rank.

COMMISSIONS PAYMENT TIMINGMonthly Team, Trailblazer, and Maximizer Bonuses: Paid on the 10th of every month, based on the previous month’s rank and volume.

Customer Sharing and Launch Bonuses: The weekly pay cycle ends every Saturday at 11:59pm Hawaii time, and they’re paid the following Friday.

10 & 3 Challenge: Processed on the first and third Friday of each month.

For example: If your bonus is approved between the 1st and 21st of the month, your bonus will be processed on the first Friday of the following month.

If your bonus is approved between the 22nd and the last day of the month, your bonus will be processed on the third Friday of the following month.
