Canyons Community classes include a wide range of ages and interests. You must register by online, by mail, or at the Community Ed office. For information call the Site Coordinator (listed below) at the school where the class is being held. Registration may be accepted first night of class if space available. No notification of class acceptance will be sent to you. You will be notified only if class is cancelled. Fees are non-refundable after the second class. Contact site coordinator if you need to cancel.

Intro to Automobile Engine Repair (NEW!) Understand and engage in servicing and maintenance of all types of automobiles, including oil change, tire rotation, cooling system service and recommended service intervals. Includes shop safety, malfunction, diagnosis and repair of engines and related components as well as brakes, alignment, cooling systems, fuel injection, automobile computers and electronics, and engine performance. All instruction based on Automotive Service Excellence task list. Nationally recognized and accredited by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and Automotive Service of Excellence (ASE). We will use a hands-on approach to learn to read wiring diagrams. Students will use digital multi-meters and oscilloscopes to diagnose and repair vehicle electrical systems. Steps to registration by mail (check or money order only):

1. Complete the registration form below for each class desired. Make additional copies as needed. Be sure to include all information requested.

2. Make a check payable to Canyons School District. Note: a $25 service charge will be assessed for each check returned/refused.

3. Mail the registration form and payment to: Community Education, attn. Cheri 825 East 9085 South Sandy, UT 84094

Steps to register online (credit or debit card needed):

Simply go to http://entrada.revtrak.net, choose your class(es) and follow the directions. ► Registration for swimming pool classes, all Copperview and Dimple Dell Rec Center classes,

Canyons Family Center, Entrada Adult High School, ESL, and Food Handlers Certification must be done on-site at the locations listed for each program – no mail-in registration.
