What & Who is Springboard• The Springboard programme is designed for
students studying on higher level courses• PDP to focus on areas of study to achieve
success• Springboard is also a network of people, and
each student will have a named tutor, student advisor, and learning resources advisor
• A branded approach to delivery
How does Springboard work?
• PDP – finds the needs• People – ensure access to support• Workshops – on demand face to
face training• Fronter – WCC’s VLE – access to
leaning materials and bespoke support materials
