Analyse POWER drop-off

!  Train the trainable stressing your aerobic power to make still realise peak anaerobic power nut importantly sustain a longer sprint with minimal drop off.

!  Type of training sets 2-3x per/week in the anaerobic phase pf prep, rest intervals active, max duration 65secs by 30secs sprints and 15-30secs for 1-5second explosive efforts

!  (4-6x 3-5mins 480-520watts 100rpm, 15-20x 30seconds 900watts 110-120rpm)

!  (6-8x 1.5-3mins 480-520watts 100rpm, 10-20x 1600watts 1-5seconds jumps 130-150rpm, 10x 30seconds 900+watts 110-120rpm)
