EXT. ALIEN PLANET - DAY

The TARDIS materializes, the doors swing open, and The

Doctor steps out. He struts out onto the planet, taking in

the surroundings. He is followed close behind by his

companion; Squid.

THE DOCTOR

Welcome to the planet Chalkey

Pitari, home of the aliens we’ll

probably never see because they

like to hide a lot.

SQUID

GALGHGAH

The Doctor laughs in a jovial manner.

THE DOCTOR

Ha ha, yes, excellent point squid!

SQUID

GALGHGAH

THE DOCTOR

Yes! Let’s explore!

They set off to explore the planet.

CUT TO

EXT. ALIEN PLANET. CLIFF EDGE - DAY

On a cliff above our hereoes, a bulky machine trundles

forward to the edge of the cliff.

A Dalek reaches the end of the cliff and peers down at The

Doctor and Squid below. The two walk along chatting,

oblivious to thier observer.

CUT TO

EXT. ALIEN PLANET 2 - DAY

In a different, yet totally the same looking, part of the

planet, The Doctor and Squid walk along side by side.

The Doctor reaches into his pocket and takes out a bag of

jelly babies.

THE DOCTOR

Jelly Baby?

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 2.

SQUID

GALGHGAH

Squid slams his face into the bag, scoops oup handfulls of

sweets and throughs them at his face.

The Doctor is looking around dramatically.

THE DOCTOR

You know Squid.... I can’t shake

the feeling that somethings here...

Watching us. Something menacing...

Squid doesn’t reply. He’s too busy throwing sweets at

himself.

Suddenly a harsh, metalic cry echos through the landscape.

The Doctors eyes widen as he turns and sees The Dalek

trundling toward them.

DALEK

EXTERMINATE!!

Squid drops the bag of sweets in shock.

THE DOCTOR

Look Out! It’s the Daleks!!

SQUID

GALGHGAH

The Dalek wobbles around.

THE DOCTOR

Squid, quickly, use a rock to

defeat it!

Squid picks up a rock and chucks it at the Dalek. The rock

has no effect.

SQUID

GALGHGAH!!

THE DOCTOR

Of course... The Daleks are

impervious to rocks thrown at them!

SQUID

GALGHGAH!

THE DOCTOR

Quick Squid, To the Tardis!!

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 3.

The Doctor starts running, Dalek in pursuit. Squid, however,

chooses to fall to the ground wn flail his limbs around.

THE DOCTOR

Squid! What are you doing?

SQUID

GALGHGAH

THE DOCTOR

We need to get back to the Tardis!

The fate of the universe depends on

it!

Squid flops on the ground with more intensity.

SQUID

GALGHGAH

THE DOCTOR

No, Squid, that’s not helping!!!

SQUID

GALGHGAH

The Dalek is still aproaching, the Doctor turns from Squid

to the Dalek, and back again, all in dramatic looks.

THE DOCTOR

SQUID!!

The Dalek aims at Squid on the ground and--

SQUID

GALGHGAH!!!!

-Fires!
