Mad(k)e Weak by time and fate But Strong in Will, To Strive, to seek, to find… and not to yield”

From the Editorial Board:
Globalisation is the part and parcel of the changing economic scenario of the world. The juxtaposition of the Technical Education and Technical Institutions converges closely to the country’s climate on the economy. And so the implication of the technical teachers is much obvious in the student community in terms of imparting their capabilities, their knowledge with technical incorporation and evolving innovation which emancipate the overwhelming response in technology. The pivotal place of explicating the technical knowledge in the technical era is the Technical Institutions which adopt the technological requirements of the country. It is an inevitable one, that is to say an institute necessarily uphold certain systems and norms such as monitoring both the faculty and students, regulate the under stability and to see with bird’s eye view over the teachers’ expectations. The main factor for the flourish of any institution is the teachers so that they are the Back-bone of the Institution or Organization. In an organization the employees render their service in all perspectives like planning, developing, delivering the products. The yardstick of the organization is totally designed with Mission and Vision only by the employees. By insisting some norms and channelizing the students in the right direction and enhancing the standard of Engineering education with appropriate skills, the organization / institution can adapt to the rapidly changing Industrial scenario.

It is our immense pleasure to pen about the versatile and meritorious Assistant
Professor of Mathematics, Mrs. S. Mangala Lavanya, who has been rendering six
years of strenuous service in our institution. She is a sincere, industrious and
dedicated person. Moreover her aspiration always perch on to feather our institution
with innovative notions. She can be considered as one of the emissary in the realm of
mathematical faculties in SSCE. Her academic journey starts with her B.Sc. in SBK
College, Aruppukottai. Then she did her M.Sc. in the same institution. Afterwards,
she got her M.Phil. in ANJA College, Sivakasi.
Her teaching horizon begins with a short duration of three months experience in Arasan Ganesan
Polytechnic College, Sivakasi. Then her radiance of service extended to SBK College, Aruppukottai where she
had worked for one year. As her gusto for innovative job makes her restless, she served one year in PSR
Engineering College, Sivakasi. Then her sustained thirst for knowledge and service to student community finds its
abode in SSCE in 2005 and her academic service still continues here. She is not only an expert in Maths but also
she has specialized in Computer Languages viz C, COBOL and Pascal.
She is Capable of inspiring students with ideas of easy solving strategy and nuances of Mathematical
Problems. With her foresight, she guides and equips the students with consequential knowledge. In teaching
problems in every criteria, she is a pragmatic bacon. Her calibre and long service will certainly bring laurels to
our institution.
