Our experienced technicians provide a level of hand craftsmanship and construction pre-

cision that is unrivaled. Seams and stitching are consistently straight and true. Detailing,

overall garment fit, movement and durability are exceptional.

Integral to our designs are extremely high standards for garment fit. Properly fitted per-

formance outerwear traces the body, moves with the wearer and hangs easily without

stressing seams or tensioning fabric. To achieve this level of fit, we use only hand-drawn

and hand-cut patterns by an experienced tailor and fit technician.

Freight is FOB Westcomb regardless of customer’s indications on their purchase orders. Westcomb is not responsible for damages to goods during shipping.

BACKORDERS

Our customer service department may cancel back orders 60 days after product delivery date wihtout prior notice.

CLAIMS & RETURN POLICY

Shipping discrepancies must be reported to our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Returned merchandise will only be accepted after our customer service department has issued a return authorization (RA) number. Any merchandise arriving without a RA number will be refused and returned at shipper’s expense. The RA number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the box and on accompanying paperwork with a statement “Canadian Goods Returned”.

WARRANTY

Westcomb products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. Items with defects in materials or workman-ship will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Westcomb. Damages through wear and tear, misuse, modifications or neglect or not covered by warranty and may be repaired at a nominal charge.

All items being returned to Westcomb must be done in accordance with our Return Policy and must be returned cleaned. A wash fee of US$30.00 will be levied for items that need to be cleaned.

CREDIT

Acceptance of all orders will be subject to our credit department’s approval. You must fax a duly completed and signed credit application to head office. No orders will be processed untill
