DAILY READINGS
VIRTUS is Now CMG Safe Haven CMGConnect online training replaces the former
Archdiocesan Safe Environment Program. The new program
consists of video presentations, with a criminal background
check at the end of the training. Individuals are now required
to complete all Safe Environment Training online.
All clergy, employees, contracted school personnel, and
volunteers over the age of 18, who work in any capacity
with or around children, the elderly, and adults with
special needs are required to complete the Safe Environment
Online Training. All individuals listed above must submit to
a criminal background check before they may begin
employment or volunteer with ministries, groups, movements, and organizations.
In addition, all individuals listed above must complete the
mandatory online renewal training upon the 5 year
anniversary of the prior training and submit a new
background check as a condition of continued ministry and/or
continued employment in this Archdiocese.

Graduate Baccalaureate Mass and Reception St. Albert’s Graduate Baccalaureate Mass will take place on
Sunday, June 9, 2019, during the 11 AM and 1 PM Masses.
This Mass is for any 2019 students graduating from high
school, college, university, or trade school. Let us celebrate
your accomplishment! Graduation Mass will include a
graduate procession, Mass, and a small reception afterward.

Queridos hermanos y hermanas,
Durante esta época del año, hay muchas
graduaciones. Podemos imaginar el evento de la
Ascensión como la ceremonia de graduación de los
discípulos. Después de seguir al Señor, de ser enseñado
por Él y de presenciar Su resurrección, se han graduado
y están llamados a dar la cara y hacer lo que el Señor ha
hecho. Jesús comisiona a sus discípulos a bautizar en Su
nombre, recordándoles que Él siempre está presente con
ellos a través del Espíritu. La educación de ellos fue
presenciar la vida de Cristo y escuchar Sus palabras. Y,
ahora que son "testigos de estas cosas", deben ir al
mundo y proclamar el evangelio a toda criatura. Un
testigo es uno que habla con su vida, cueste lo que
cueste. Se despide la clase. Es hora de aplicar todo lo
que se ha aprendido, pero ni ellos ni nosotros estamos
llamados a ser meros espectadores. “¿Por qué estás allí
mirando al cielo?”, les preguntaron los ángeles, tenemos
trabajo que hacer. La Ascensión marca la finalización
del ministerio terrenal de Jesús y el comienzo de nuestra
propia comisión, siendo enviados a proclamar el
Evangelio. La graduación es el momento de otorgar
diplomas y reconocer logros. También es un principio,
el comienzo de cada uno de nosotros que salimos al
mundo para ser un signo de bondad, virtud e integridad,
en otras palabras, para ser un verdadero testigo de Jesús,
conscientes de la gran esperanza a la que estamos
llamados. Que pasen una semana bendecida.

VIRTUS AHORA ES CMG SAFE HAVEN La capacitación en línea de CMGConnect reemplaza al
antiguo Programa Arquidiocesano de Ambiente Seguro. El
nuevo programa consiste de presentaciones en video, con una
verificación de antecedentes penales al final de la
capacitación. Ahora se requiere que las personas completen
toda la Capacitación de Ambiente Seguro en línea.
Se requiere que todos los miembros del clero, empleados,
personal escolar contratado y voluntarios mayores de 18 años
que trabajen en cualquier capacidad con o alrededor de
niños, ancianos y adultos con necesidades especiales completen la capacitación en línea para un ambiente seguro.
Todas las personas mencionadas anteriormente deben
someterse a una verificación de antecedentes penales antes
de que puedan comenzar a trabajar o ser voluntarios en
ministerios, grupos, movimientos y organizaciones.
Además, todas las personas enumeradas anteriormente deben
completar la capacitación obligatoria de renovación en línea
para el quinto aniversario de la capacitación anterior y
presentar una nueva verificación de antecedentes como
condición del ministerio continuo y/o empleo continuo en esta
Arquidiócesis.

Misa y Recepción para los Graduados
La misa en San. Alberto para los graduados se llevará a
cabo el domingo, 9 de junio del 2019, durante las misas de
las 11 AM y la 1 PM. Esta misa es para cualquier estudiante
que se haya graduado este año de la escuela secundaria,
universidad, o escuela de oficios. ¡Déjanos celebrar tu
logro! La misa de graduación incluirá una procesión de los
graduados, misa, y una pequeña recepción después. Para
participar, por favor vea a los Miembros del Consejo
Pastoral Parroquial después de la misa, o puede enviar un
