ADORATION AWARENESS

personal encounter with Christ. The holy and
glorious God is constantly inviting us to come to Him,
to hold converse with Him, to ask for such things as we
need and to experience what a blessing there is in
fellowship with Him."
- Venerable Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen. Encounter Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament Who invites each one of us to come to Him. There will be no adoration on Monday, October 22nd, due to the parish office being closed. Adoration will resume on Tuesday, October 23rd. More adorers are needed and are always welcome. If you borrow a key from the Church Office for the Parish Hall, please bring it back as soon as you are through with it. We only have 3 keys available for checkout and we run into the weekend when we are left with NO KEYS. Many programs are scheduled in the Parish Hall and we need to have the keys returned promptly.

Fall Retreat Our fall retreat will be November 2-4, 2018 at Camp Kappe in Plantersville, TX. This retreat is for any teen in grades 9-12. Two retreats are required to be confirmed. If you did NOT attend our fall retreat last year or a conference this past summer and are in the Confirmation class, you must attend this retreat and the Confirmation retreat in the spring. If you will be in your Confirmation year next year this retreat will fulfill your first retreat as well. The cost is $115 on or before October 21th. Retiro del Otoño Nuestra retiro del Otoño será el 2-4 de noviembre 2018 en el Campamento Kappe en Plantersville, TX. Este retiro es para cualquier joven en los grados 9-12. PRAYER GROUP MINISTRY
Join the prayer group every Third Thursday of the month from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Church to pray as a group for the sick and suffering of our parish in addition to praying for an end to abortion and the victims of abortion. A Scriptural Rosary (led by Acolyte, John Sudkamp) with Scripture from the New Testament will be prayed. This is followed by praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet.
