Specialised coatings are used extensively to prolong the working life of components and protect them from environmental factors such as corrosion, abrasion and erosion. The range of coatings and services available from Bodycote covers a wide variety of applications, providing solutions for manufacturers in the Oil & Gas sector. Bodycote offers a single solution service; alleviating the need for customers to use numerous contractors and, in doing so, dramatically reducing many of the risks associated with multi operational manufacturing. Bodycote operates a range of robotically controlled coating booths, providing a maximum coating capacity of up to 6m in length by 1.5m diameter, and up to 2 tonnes in weight.
