On Ash Wednesday, March 1, 2017, all Grades 1-12 will attend a prayer service during their Faith Formation classes and
receive ashes.
MIDDLE SCHOOL GRADE LITURGY Next Sunday, March 5th there will be a Buddy Liturgy for grades 5 – 7 at the 11am Mass. This will be followed by pizza for middle schoolers and their families in the Church Hall. We will present the opportunity to start an Edge Program at St. James during this service. Thanks to the parents who have responded to participating in this new and dynamic
program.
It is a great way to strengthen faith and
community for this age group.
Fish Fry will be Friday, March 10th
Hubbard Hall, Cazenovia College.

Eat-In with family and friends or Take-Out!
Dinner is $10 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under.

Lenten Soup Suppers - All are welcome to join us for Soup Suppers beginning on Wednesday, March 8th at 5:30pm. Homemade soups along with bread and butter and drinks will be offered. Immediately following supper, Fr. David McCallum will host a Lenten Retreat, “With Jesus in the Wilderness.” This retreat will be held over the three Wednesdays (March 8, 15, 22) in conjunction with the Soup Suppers. Fr. David will facilitate a workshop style retreat that combines talks, journal questions, and contemplative exercises. Each evening will begin by 6:50pm and conclude by 8:30pm.
