1 St. Joseph’s Parish Fall Festival Westphalia, MO October 16, 2016 Dear Fellow Parishioners: It’s Fall Festival time again! We will be having the annual event on Sunday, October 16, 2016. Whole Hog Sausage and German Pot Roast Dinner will be served family style from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. (dine in or carry out). Work list: Please work the time and in the position assigned to you or find a replacement. We cannot find replacements for you with all the other jobs to be completed. If you cannot work your scheduled time or change with someone else, please contact the stand chairperson of your assigned time and workplace to let him or her know of the change. All chairpersons (*) are responsible for setting up their stands and getting all the necessary accessories. Please note: The work list has been established from the parish membership/enrollment as of 8/26/2016. If you are no longer a member of the parish and/or know someone that is no longer a member, please call the parish office at 455- 2320 or email to [email protected]. Raffle Tickets: The work list and 12 raffle tickets are enclosed. Please return unsold raffle tickets to the raffle stand on the day of the festival. Sold raffle tickets may be turned in anytime by placing them and the money in an envelope with your name on it, marked “Raffle tickets” and drop it into the collection basket. More tickets are available if you need them; contact a chairperson. Extra copies of the work list will be in the back of church for anyone who did not receive one. If your name is not on the mailing list, please contact the parish office to have it added. Leftovers: The leftovers (sausage, beef, vegetables, pies, bread, etc) will be sold after 7:00 pm in the dining room. Each family is asked to donate the following: $10.00 toward the purchase of sausage, beef and vegetables – Place money in marked envelope and drop in collection basket. St. Joseph’s Parish Fall Festival

Westphalia, MO October 16, 2016

Dear Fellow Parishioners:

It’s Fall Festival time again! We will be having the annual event on Sunday, October 16, 2016. Whole Hog Sausage and German Pot Roast Dinner will be served family style from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. (dine in or carry out).

Work list: Please work the time and in the position assigned to you or find a replacement. We cannot find

replacements for you with all the other jobs to be completed. If you cannot work your scheduled time or change with

someone else, please contact the stand chairperson of your assigned time and workplace to let him or her know of the change. All chairpersons (*) are responsible for setting up their stands and getting all the necessary accessories.

GROUNDS CREW: Duties include: Empty trash cans on parish grounds, middle school, sandwich stand and fryer building.
