The sixth form is …fun, enjoyable, interesting, rewarding, lots of fun but hard work, a gateway to university and employment

Page 19: St. Martin’s School Sixth Form

Sixth Form life requires independent learning, hard work and organisation. It is the realisation of how life is..Sixth form is

very different to Year 11. You

have a lot more freedom and

responsibility for your own learning. You get treated

like an adult.

What do students say about the Sixth Form at St. Martin’s School?

Page 20: St. Martin’s School Sixth Form

It’s like school but with different clothes and the teachers treat you like you are older

Being in the sixth form is

interesting and challenging as it

allows for greater

independence and self management.

Page 21: St. Martin’s School Sixth Form

Sixth form is hard work but enjoyable if

you balance your priorities. It’s

somewhere where everyone knows each

other and you broaden your horizons by working hard and

enjoying each moment
