A PRAYER FOR PREGNANT MOTHERS

O Blessed Mother, you received the good news of the incarnation of Christ, your Son, with faith and trust. Grant your protection to all pregnant mothers facing difficulties. Guide us as we strive to make our parish communities places of welcome and assistance for mothers in need. Help us become instruments of God’s love and compassion. Mary, Mother of the Church, graciously help us build a culture of life and a civilization of love, together with all people of good will, to the praise and glory of God, the Creator and lover of life. Amen.

Help for Those with

Hearing Loss St. Mary Parish has purchased three Listen Display Receivers which have been tied to the Church’s sound system. By plugging in a set of earphones, ear buds or head phones, a parishioner will get assistance to hear what is going on in the Mass. The devices will be available to be checked out for use before each Mass and would need to be returned at the conclusion of Mass. Anyone wishing to check out a receiver must sign up ahead of time in the Parish Office. Due to the cost of each receiver, only a limited number are available so they will be handed out at each Mass on a first come first serve basis. Anyone wishing to contribute to the purchase of more receivers should contact Marybeth in the Parish Office, 541-342-1139.

Thank you to the Dolecheks who made a donation to purchase additional hearing devices for the parish,

in memory of their daughter Danielle Dolechek.

THANK YOU for adding St. Mary to your

Fred Meyer Rewards Card!

Since we joined back in April, we have received generous donations through the

Fred Meyer Community Rewards program. If you still haven’t signed up, be sure and visit

There are envelopes in the vestibules of the church if you are able to contribute. To learn more about the CCC and the projects it supports, visit www.usccb.org/ccc.

† iii domingo del Tiempo ordinario †

Jn 1, 29-34

Did you know, St. Mary has a brand new coffee bar located in the Parish Hall? We are looking for some dedicated baristas to learn to make specialty coffees and smoothies, and serve our parishioners during special events and Sunday hospitality. If you are experienced or are interested in learning this new skill, call the Parish Office at 541-342-1139 for training details.
