Numeracy – Post Lockdown Party Planning (Part 1): Your teacher has decided to have a Post
Lockdown Party for when you return to school – however you are the party planners. You will
need to work out how much food and drink we will need for the party. The party is for 25
people. Answer the questions below in your jotter to work out how much supplies we will
need.

Topic – Climate Change: Research and present facts on an endangered animal. You can present it through a powerpoint, poster, using the template below or any other way you choose. Some endangered animals you

Digital Technologies – ‘A Photo a Day in May’ Challenge : Try to complete the challenge by taking a photo based on the theme for the day. k. You could use a phone, tablet or
camera. If you don’t have one of these available at you could do ‘A Picture a Day in May’ and draw instead. Don’t forget to share your photography skills.

Music– Rhythm Sentences: Using the different food items from the rhythm guide,
can you create a Rhythm Sentence?. Choose 4 food items from the guide and say
them out loud. Then clap along whilst you say it. Your claps will create different rhythms. The symbols below are the written musical rhythms for how we say each of
these items.
Extension
Create your own rhythm guide for different objects around your house. Create rhythm sentences using these and clap them out.
Challenge
Can you read the rhythms without the pictures? Once you are comfortable with some of the rhythms get someone to write down the musical symbols. See if you can clap them out without the help of the pictures.

Night. You’ll be planning everything from the ticket design, to the snacks and even the Movie watching area itself. There is a small task for you to complete daily which you will find
