Holy Family News

In honor of the 100th anniversary of Fatima, the rosary will be said at Holy Family on Wednesday, September 13th at 12 noon. The rosary will be followed by Mass.

St. Mary’s News

The Ladies' Guild will meet on Sunday, September 10 to make final plans for the Parish picnic on Sunday, September 24. All ladies of the church are welcome and encouraged to attend. PRE NEWS Summer is quickly fading away, and with Fall upon us, it is time for the PRE classes and the Adult Discussion group to begin. Classes will begin on Sunday, Sept. 17 at 9:30 a.m. All children between the ages of 3 yrs. to 13 yrs. are not only invited to attend , but are encouraged. A personal letter will be sent the week prior to classes resuming to those stu-dent's who have attended in the past as a friendly reminder. If you have a child who has not attended the classes, please contact Sandy Simpson at 731-697-4250 or just bring them on Sept. 17. The Adult Discussion Group is open to all adults interested in learning more about their faith. LIFE TEEN We are going to resume our Life Teen program. We will be having a meeting for all youth between the ages of 12 and 18 years old and their parents on Wednesday, September 20 at 6:00 p.m. Father Anthony will join us that evening to encourage the youth and parents to help find the direction we need to go forth to make this a successful year. We will be serving pizza for dinner so come hungry. A letter will be sent to each household the week prior to the meeting as a reminder. Hope to see a large group. Save the date September 24, 2017 St. Mary's and Holy Family Annual Picnic at Eva Beach—From 12:00 Noon - 5:00 PM RCIA classes will begin Wednesday, October 11 at 6:00 PM, St. Mary's Fellowship Hall. Please contact the office if you are interested in attending. Everyone is invited. Mark your calendars St. Mary's Christmas party will be held on Sunday, December 17, after Mass. The party will be held at Apex Bank on 641 Highway.
