A FAMILY PERSPECTIVE BY BUD OZAR – Families feed the hungry, give drinks to thirsty toddlers and welcome strangers and even estranged relatives into our homes. We clothe children and visit family members who are sick and imprisoned. The routine actions of family life are religious and priestly, for we make Christ present in what we do. Family life is Beatitude life.

VOCATION – November 26, 2017, “I was hungry, and you gave me to eat, I was thirsty, and you gave me to drink.” Is Christ calling you to offer His Body and Blood to others as a sister, brother, deacon or priest? If you believe this may be you, contact Fr. Christopher Luoni by email at [email protected] or by phone at 330-744-8451.

ATTN: LAY MINISTERS – Please call or text Julie Abraham at 330-727-4302 before December 2 to let her know of any dates you are unavailable to serve from Christmas through April. Lector workbooks for the new liturgical year are available in the sacristy. Please cross your name off the list once you take yours. Thank you

COMMUNION FOR THE HOMEBOUND – If someone in your family or a neighbor is homebound, in a nursing home, in the hospital or recovering at home after a hospital stay and would like a visit and Communion, our new Deacon, Frank Marino and other Eucharistic ministers are available to make those calls. Please call the rectory to arrange for a visit.
