GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

…………………………………………………………………. PRIEST RETIREMENT: The dedicated priests who served us in the past now deserve to life out their retirement years in dignity. St. William and IHM have been assessed slightly less than two times the regular weekend offertory. Please be as generous as you can during this Diocesan Campaign. …………………………………………………………………. IS THIS YOUR YEAR? Couples married 25 or 50 years this year will be honored at an Anniversary Mass held on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Charlotte. Mass begins at 2:30PM and will be followed by a reception. Please contact the Business Office at 837-2000 if you are interested. ………………………………………………………………… YOU ARE A PART of the Church’s family. Have you made the Church a part of your family? You can do this by including our Parishes in your Will. …………………………………………………………………. SAVE THE DATE. The IHM Bereavement Support Group will begin its Fall session on October 9th. This Support Group is open to both parishes. More details will follow. …………………………………………………………………. LAUDATO SI. “If we approach nature and the environment without an openness to awe and wonder, if we no long speak the language of fraternity and beauty in our relationship with the world, our attitude will be that of masters, consumers, ruthless exploiters, unable to set limits on their immediate needs.” Pg. 9 ………………………………………………………………….

We will never forget.
