The vision of the project is to design a sustainable housing project that will
fulfil zero energy as well as aesthetical and functional requirements. The
future housing complex must encourage healthy lifestyle and conscious ap-
proach to the nature and surroundings. The goal is to create a synergy be-
tween sustainable strategies such as: cultural, social, solar and zero energy.
