MONITORING OBJECTIVES

SOCOTEC LTD were commissioned by Medite Europe Ltd to carry out stack emissions monitoring to determine the release of prescribed pollutantsfrom the following Plant under normal operating conditions.

Medite Europe Ltd operates a wood fibre board manufacturing process at Clonmel which is subject to IE Licence P0027-04, under the EPA Act 1992.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The results of these tests shall be used to demonstrate compliance with a set of emission limit values for prescribed pollutants as specified in thePlant's IE Licence, P0027-04.
