It was an eventful summer! Residents enjoyedoutings to Shrine of the Little Flower, a Clinton RiverCruise, Greektown Casino, High Tea at a RussianMonastery, and 3 trips to Belle Isle. We hosted BingoBonanza and had a week long celebration of all thingsHawaii (That’s Mary, below, looking beautiful in herLuau attire). We said hello to some new residents andsaid a few sad farewells. enjoying the history, culture and funfacts about our 50th State.Volcanoes, luaus, surfing, Tiki BarHappy Hour, travel videos, leis, hulaskirts and rum punch were part ofthe activities.
