We’ve had many accomplishments so far this year at Catskill Regional and our success is attributed to teamwork. To achieve success, research tells us that how we feel about our work and workplace is essential to doing our very best and delivering the highest quality healthcare to our patients. That is why we conduct an annual Employee Engagement Survey. We partnered with Gallup to launch our Engagement Survey this year. Your survey invitation will be mailed by Gallup to your home. The invitation contains your unique employee code and a sample of the questions. Once the survey launches, you can choose to participate online or by phone. When you take the survey, I ask that you consider your overall work experience at Catskill Regional this past year and answer each question as best you can. Please participate in this year’s survey and let your feedback be known. Should you have any questions about our Engagement Survey please ask your Manager or contact Betsy Kennally, Director of Organizational Development & Learning, GHVHS at 333-0227. Thank you once again for your steady support every day and in our upcoming survey process.

Once the survey launches, you can

choose to participate online or by phone.
